
Milk jelly with gelatin
Description
The recipe won't take much time. This jelly can be given to children, as the ingredients used are fresh. You can make a gelatin cake by increasing the amount of ingredients. The dessert must be chilled for several hours before serving. It can be stored in the refrigerator for 2 days. You can substitute cow's milk with soy or almond milk. Serve chilled.

Place 2 sheets of gelatin in one bowl and 6 sheets in another. Pour a small amount of cold water over them and let them sit for some time.

Meanwhile, wash the strawberries, transfer them to a blender, add sugar (2 tablespoons), and blend until smooth. Then strain the mixture through a sieve.

Drain the water from the bowl with 2 sheets of gelatin, then pour in boiling water and mix well. Add the resulting mixture to the strawberry purée. If the mixture is too thick, add a little water.

Pour the mixture into a mold and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Pour the milk into a saucepan, add the remaining sugar and vanilla. Place the saucepan over medium heat, but do not bring to a boil.

Drain the water from the remaining gelatin sheets and add them to the warmed milk, stirring well until completely dissolved.

Chill the mixture very well and pour it over the strawberries in the mold, then refrigerate for 4-5 hours.
