Milk marshmallow
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. The milk marshmallow somewhat resembles rahat-lokum, but is more delicate. It's great with tea or as a simple snack. For a richer, creamier flavor, replace the milk used for the starch with heavy cream. For a lower-calorie version, use water instead of milk. The finished dessert can now be served.
