
Pumpkin porridge with milk in a multicooker
Description

Remove the seeds and peel from the pumpkin. Cut it into small cubes. The smaller you chop the pumpkin, the faster the porridge will cook. Place the vegetable into the multicooker bowl. Rinse the millet under running water and add it to the pumpkin in the multicooker.

Pour both ingredients with milk, add salt and sugar. If you have vanilla, you can add a little for aroma. It will perfectly enhance the taste of pumpkin. Mix all the ingredients with a plastic spatula.

Close the multicooker and set it to the "stewing" mode or the "porridge" mode for half an hour. Check the dish periodically; you may need to add a little milk or water during cooking.

When the porridge is ready, open the multicooker and place a piece of butter into the dish. Close the multicooker and wait five minutes for the butter to melt completely. Then stir the porridge with a spatula and serve it onto plates.
