Moldovan vertutu
Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. The recipe resembles strudel, but looks different due to its shape. Usually, this dish is made unsweetened, although it's limited only by your imagination. I happened to have cottage cheese with herbs on hand. So, I invite you to learn about it. Serve warm or chilled. Ideal with tea.
