Description

Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. You can choose any filling for the placinte according to your taste. It can be mashed potatoes with fried onions, stewed, fresh, or sauerkraut. In Moldova, placinte are also often made with raw pumpkin, grated on a coarse grater. The dough is very easy to work with, doesn't tear, and is quickly prepared using simple ingredients. Serve warm or chilled. Ideal with tea.

    Knead a soft and elastic dough. Wrap it in plastic wrap and let it rest on the countertop for about 20-30 minutes.
