Smelt in batter
Description
Smelt in batter is certainly not a diet dish, but it's very tasty :) When asking how to prepare smelt in batter, first consider whether you're ready to handle the strong, distinctive smell of smelt during frying. Otherwise, everything is great—it's quick, easy, and enjoyable to cook. Smelt in batter can be served either as an appetizer or as a main course. I highly recommend giving it a try. There are two possible outcomes: either you'll love it and end up cooking smelt in batter regularly, or you won't like it, and this will be the last time you dare to fry it in batter :) I hope it'll be the first outcome.
