1. Finely chop the onion, celery, carrots, and garlic. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Add the chopped vegetables and sauté, stirring, until tender.

2. Remove from heat and mix with the minced meat. Add spices, herbs, eggs, and breadcrumbs. Mix thoroughly.

3. Place in a mold, lightly greased with oil, and smooth out.
