Pass the beef and pork through a meat grinder, add baking soda, sparkling water, minced onion, garlic, and pepper. Knead the meat mixture for 3 minutes, then refrigerate for 12 hours.

Then add the diced bacon, thoroughly beat the minced meat. Make small patties from the minced meat, place grated cheese, bell pepper, and herbs in the center. Shape into sausages.
