Baked pollock in cheese sauce
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Pollock is a very tasty fish; you can, of course, buy ready-made fillet, but it's better to prepare it yourself. You can add herbs to the cheese sauce to your taste, but dill and parsley go best with pollock. The finished dish can be served at the table.
