Description
The recipe won't take much time. It's a great dish that can be prepared in three ways: in the oven, in a multicooker, or on a skillet. Choose whichever method suits you best. In any case, the result will delight you, and seafood and egg lovers will enjoy the tender omelet. Serve hot.

1. The main time is spent on whisking the egg mixture and preparing the fish. That's why it's better to use ready-made pollock fillet and a mixer for whisking the omelet. Fry the onion in vegetable oil right away.

2. Fry the carrots together with the onion. Note that this dish can also be prepared in a multicooker—it will be even faster.

3. Place the fish, cut into pieces, on a bed of vegetables and cover with a lid for one minute.

4. After that, pour the beaten egg mixture with milk over the dish and sprinkle with cheese. It's best to bake the omelet in the oven, but it also turns out well on a skillet or in a multicooker with fish. If cooking in the oven, place the fish and vegetables in an ovenproof dish, pour the egg mixture with cheese over the top, and bake for 20 minutes. For a multicooker, select the "Baking" mode and wait until cooking is complete.

5. After cooking, remove, cut into portions and serve. Garnish with herbs or place on a bed of salad.
