1. The recipe for cooking pollock in milk is extremely simple. First, you need to wash the fish and remove the fins and scales. Frozen fish should be thawed to prevent excess liquid from being released during cooking. Cut the fish into portion-sized pieces and season with salt to taste. If desired, you can add fish spices or dried herbs. Place the cut pieces of fish on the bottom of a heat-resistant dish.

2. Peel the onion and slice it into half-rings or small cubes. If the dish is intended for children, it's better to use a quarter of an onion.

4. Now you can prepare the sauce in which the fish will be baked. Place flour on a dry skillet and, stirring constantly, toast it until slightly golden. Then gradually add milk, stirring thoroughly to prevent lumps from forming. Season the milk with salt and pepper to taste.
