Pollock in the microwave
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Probably, everyone knows that fish is a dietary product. And combined with vegetables, especially cooked without frying or added fat, it becomes an ideal dish. This simple recipe for cooking hake in the microwave will allow you to easily prepare a tasty and juicy meal, whether for lunch or dinner. Fish prepared this way can be enjoyed both hot and cold. Let me tell you how to make hake in the microwave: 1. Clean and rinse the fish. Dry it with a paper towel. Cut into medium-sized pieces. If you're using fillets, even better—you'll be able to safely feed it to children. 2. Season the fish pieces with salt, pepper, and your favorite spices. 3. Prepare the vegetables. Grate the carrot on a coarse grater, chop the onion as you like. Finely chop the tomatoes or blend them in a blender. 4. Place the ingredients into a glass microwave-safe dish. Put the fish at the bottom, then layer onion and carrot on top. Spread the tomatoes over the very top. 5. Pour over with salted water. Cover with a lid and cook in the microwave at full power for 12–15 minutes. Optionally, you can sprinkle the finished dish with grated cheese and put it back in the microwave for a couple more minutes to melt the cheese. But that adds extra fat, so I wouldn't recommend it :) That's it—your hake in the microwave is ready. Serve hot.
