Cut the fillet into medium-sized pieces, lightly salt and season with pepper to taste. If desired, you can add fish spices to the recipe for preparing battered pollock in a multicooker. 3. For the batter, crack an egg into a small bowl and, with a pinch of salt, beat it with a fork. 4. Gradually pour the egg in a thin stream into sifted flour. Mix until smooth, then add a little cold water. The batter should have a fairly thick consistency. 5. Lightly coat each piece of fish in a small amount of flour so the batter adheres better. 6. Pour a little oil into the bottom of the multicooker pot and heat it in Fry mode. 7. Dip each piece of fish into the batter, coating it evenly on all sides, then place it into the oil. 8. Fry until a golden crust forms, with the lid open. 9. After cooking, place the fish on a paper towel to absorb excess oil before serving. Serve hot.
