Description
The recipe won't take much time. I borrowed the recipe for sautéed pollack in foil from my neighbor. What surprised me the most was that such a minimal amount of ingredients produces such a wonderful result—the dish turns out truly delicious and, by the way, low-calorie. Clean the fish, rinse thoroughly, and cut into portion-sized pieces. Rub each piece thoroughly with salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice, and let marinate for 20–30 minutes.

Line a baking sheet with foil. Place the fish on it, add dill sprigs (or finely chopped dill), season to taste, drizzle with oil, wrap the foil around the fish, and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes of baking, remove the baking sheet, unfold the foil, and return it to the oven for 15-20 minutes. This way, the fish will acquire an appetizing golden crust.
