Pollock in the oven wrapped in foil
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can cut the fish into pieces or cook the whole fish. You can add a filling (for example, mushrooms, vegetables) or leave it plain. Serve the fish after cooling slightly, carefully unwrapping the foil. The flesh will be tender, soft, juicy, with a slightly sweet flavor. Serve warm.
