Pollock baked in the oven with carrots, onions, and mayonnaise
Description
The price of pollock, compared to other fish varieties, is quite low, yet its nutritional properties are in no way inferior to more expensive types. This fish is even recommended for children and pregnant women, as it is rich in protein and iodine, which are essential for a growing body. I'm not saying this particular recipe is specifically for children—I'm just describing the fish's qualities. The dish prepared according to this recipe is easy and simple to make! It's delicious both warm and cold.
