Hake stewed in mayonnaise
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Since it's very difficult to find minced cod fillet for sale, you'll most likely have to work with a whole fish. I recommend boldly cutting off all unnecessary parts and definitely removing the belly, as it will taste bitter if left in. In place of regular hard cheese, I used sandwich melting cheese. Have a wonderful day and happy cooking! Serve hot.
