Baked pollock with cheese and tomatoes
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Baked pollack fillet with tomatoes is simple and quick to prepare, yet turns out very tender, filling, and delicious. I'm using ready fillets, but you can use a whole fish, just cut it into portion-sized pieces. I'm eager to share—serve hot.
