Pollock with Tomatoes in Sweet and Sour Sauce
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Pollock with tomatoes in sweet and sour sauce turns out very tender and delicious. I recommend choosing larger fish. There's no need to fully thaw frozen pollock—let it stay slightly firm. That makes cutting the fish much easier. Overall, the recipe isn't difficult at all. It cooks quickly and simply.
