
Baked pollock with lemon
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The hake turns out tender, not dry, with a subtle hint of lemon. The foil prevents the fish from drying out and browning, making it more diet-friendly. If you're afraid the fish might stick, lightly grease the foil with vegetable oil. Serve hot.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Remove the innards and the black membrane from the belly of the pollock, cut off the fins and tail. Rinse under cold water and thoroughly dry with a paper towel or napkin.

Season the fish with salt and pepper on both sides.

Lay baking foil on the table and place the pollock on it. Put 1-2 slices of lemon and one sprig of parsley into the belly of each fish.

Carefully wrap the fish in foil without tearing it. Place everything on a baking sheet and bake the hake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
