Pollock with potatoes
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Minnow is good not only for its availability and relatively low price. This predatory inhabitant of the Pacific Ocean has high nutritional value: it is rich in vitamin PP, phosphorus, potassium, sulfur, iodine, fluorine, and cobalt, which allows including it in children's diet from the age of 8 months. All the fat in this fish is concentrated in the liver, while the flesh is rather dry (that's exactly why it's best to stew or bake minnow under sauce, which is what we're going to do). The neutral taste of minnow allows using a wide variety of spices during cooking—truly offering limitless possibilities for your imagination! Minnow goes perfectly well with rice, vegetables, and, of course, potatoes. And baked minnow with potatoes under sauce and cheese is simply fantastic. The ready dish can now be served.
