Pollock with sauce in the oven
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Every parent faces the question: how to get a child to eat fish? Many fussy little ones flatly refuse to eat fish, arguing that it has an unpleasant smell or too many bones. Modern cooks have learned to prepare such delicious dishes that not only adults but also children will happily eat fish. Baked fish fillet is always much tastier and, even more importantly, healthier than fried fish. Pollock is an excellent choice for baking. It's very tasty, with few small bones and low fat content. In this recipe, I'd like to explain in detail. Serve hot.
