Pollock in creamy sauce baked in the oven
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. In terms of culinary qualities, this fish is no different from many other sea fish, despite being quite budget-friendly. Pollock does not contain small bones, so it can be cooked in sauce. In addition, pollock can be safely consumed even by those who are watching their figure. The finished dish can be served at the table.

Step 1

1. Before preparing this dish, the pollock should be marinated. For this, we will need a lemon. Slice the lemon halves and squeeze some juice over the fish. Salt and season it, then let it marinate for twenty minutes.

Step 3

3. Finely chop the herbs (I prefer dill for this sauce), pour the milk into the pan with the onions and flour, add the sour cream, then mix in the finely chopped herbs. Simmer the sauce over low heat for about 10 minutes.

4. When our pollock has marinated, place the pieces on a baking sheet and pour the sauce over them. Season to taste and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for forty minutes. Before serving, you can also drizzle the fish with creamy sauce.
