Hake under a fur coat
Description
The recipe won't take much time. I'll be using ready-made pollock fillet; if you have a whole fish, clean it beforehand and cut into portion-sized pieces. Instead of pollock, you can use cod, hake, or any other boneless fish. Thanks to the vegetables, cheese, and sour cream, the fish turns out tender, juicy, and very tasty. This dish looks extremely appetizing, so you can prepare pollock "under a fur coat" even for a festive occasion or unexpected guests. Serve hot.
