
Greek-style pollock
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Greek-style pollock is very simple and quick to prepare. The dish is delicious both cold and warm. It can be served as an appetizer or as a complete meal with fresh bread for lunch or dinner. Serve hot.

Prepare the ingredients for cooking Greek-style pollock.

Clean the haddock from scales, gut it, remove the fins and the black membrane from the inside of the belly. Rinse the fish thoroughly inside and out.

Cut the pollock into portion pieces.

Peel the onion, wash it, and finely chop. Place in a frying pan.

Peel the carrots, wash and grate them. Add to the onion.

Pour 20 ml of sunflower oil and 100 ml of water. Cover the frying pan with a lid. Simmer the onion and carrots until soft. Then add tomato paste, salt to taste, and mix. Heat the sauce for another 5 minutes, then turn off.

Place the egg in a small bowl and beat it.

Season each piece of pollock with salt and coat in flour.

And then dip it into the egg on all sides.

Place the pieces of pollock on a hot frying pan with sunflower oil.

Fry the fish on all sides until golden brown.

Place several pieces of fried fish on a plate.

Place the sauce made from carrots, onions, and tomato paste over the fish. Greek-style pollock is ready. It can be served at the table.
