
Fried pollock with onion and carrot
Description
The recipe won't take much time. For some reason, pollock is undeservedly considered a second-rate fish. Yet it is very tasty and nutritious. You can prepare simple but delicious dishes from pollock that will rival other, more popular fish dishes in flavor. You will definitely like this recipe. Serve hot.

In a small bowl, mix salt, ground black pepper, and cornmeal. Then coat the thawed pollock fillets in this mixture.

Heat a pan with vegetable oil and fry the fillet on both sides until golden brown.

Place the finished fillet on paper towels to absorb excess fat.

We peel the onion and slice it into half-rings, and grate the peeled carrot on a coarse grater. Then we fry the vegetables in vegetable oil until the onion becomes translucent.
