
Mini pizza
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The idea of the recipe I want to suggest can be successfully used if you have a children's party planned. All children, regardless of age, usually eat pizza with great pleasure. This idea is also good for a picnic. Portion-sized mini-pizzas will quickly satisfy hunger in any situation. Keep the recipe in mind.

Prepare all the ingredients.

In a deep bowl, pour warm water, add sugar and yeast, stir, and let sit for 10–15 minutes until a characteristic “cap” forms.

Add all the flour and salt.

Stir and add vegetable oil.

Then knead a soft, slightly sticky dough by hand. Gather it into a ball, brush it with vegetable oil, cover it with a towel, and place it in a warm spot for about an hour, until it has risen in volume.

While the dough rises, prepare the filling. For the sauce, combine ketchup and mayonnaise. Cut the sausage into small cubes. Grate the cheese using a fine grater.

After the specified amount of time, the dough should roughly double.

Divide the dough into 6–8 or even 10 pieces. The number of pieces depends on the desired size and thickness of the pizza.

Grease your hands with vegetable oil, shape the dough into balls, transfer them onto a baking sheet and flatten them with your hands into a flatbread. Pre‑line the baking sheet with parchment paper and grease it with oil.

Brush the dough with sauce and sprinkle with aromatic herbs.

Evenly spread the sausage on top.

Sprinkle the filling with grated cheese. Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven at 230 °C and bake for 5–7 minutes.
