Beef Mini Wellington
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The dish is very filling and quite unusual! A great option for a festive lunch or dinner with a small group, if you'd like to serve a hot dish individually portioned. When "Wellington" is prepared as a whole piece, the meat doesn't reach even medium doneness, which the English and Americans greatly enjoy and appreciate. However, when preparing this dish in portions, the meat turns out more thoroughly cooked and complete. Serve hot.
