
Mini puff pastries with red fish

Prepare all the ingredients.

Roll out the dough into a rectangle and cut it into 8 equal squares.

On one side, make small cuts with a knife.

On the opposite half (without cuts), place about 1 tbsp of cream cheese.

Top with lightly salted red fish.

Cover the filling with half of the dough with slits and firmly press the edges with a fork.

Transfer the prepared pieces to a greased heatproof baking dish. Brush the tops with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
