
Mini Pizzas in Tartlet Shells

Prepare the ingredients.

Pour the milk into a mixing bowl, add sour cream, salt, and baking soda. Add 0.5 teaspoon of lemon juice to the soda for neutralization.

Add melted butter.

Add the sifted flour and knead the dough.

Divide the dough into 6 portions weighing about 60 grams each.

Grease the baking molds with olive oil or any other vegetable oil.

Roll out the dough into flatbreads, place them into the molds, and smooth the entire surface.

With the tip of a teaspoon, you can create a small decoration on the edges of the dough.

Place tomato passata or chopped tomatoes in their own juice on the bottom of the tartlet shells.

Grate the mozzarella and spread it over the tomato sauce.

Cut the bacon into pieces and place it in the tartlets.

Add olives to the tartlet shells, place a cherry tomato in the center. Sprinkle with dried basil.

Sprinkle the tartlet shells with grated Parmesan, drizzle with olive oil. Bake at 180°C for 20–25 minutes until done.
