1. Prepare the dough. To do this, whisk the egg with sugar in a deep bowl using a whisk, then add the cream, semolina, and vanillin. Whisk everything again thoroughly with the whisk.

2. Place berries into cupcake and muffin baking molds, pour the batter over them. Bake the clafoutis in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.
