Description
To make mini muffins, you'll need small molds; otherwise, you'll end up with regular-sized muffins. You can use any jam you like—I used apple. Also, grind the nuts finely, as we'll add them to the batter. Soften the butter in advance. Serve the muffins cooled or slightly warm.

Beat the butter with sugar, add ground nuts, flour, salt, and vanillin. The mixture should be smooth.

I also place paper cups into the molds to make it easier to remove them later.

Place one tablespoon of dough at a time, you can press it down to form a basket shape.

And we place a small amount of jam so it doesn't spread. Bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes. By the way, you can also add jam to already baked cupcakes.
