Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. In a large bowl, mix beef, bacon, parsley, garlic, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, egg, nutmeg, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Shape the mixture into 40 meatballs. Arrange the meatballs in a single layer on a baking sheet. Place in the freezer for 1 hour. Store the meatballs in an airtight container or sealed plastic bag. Before cooking, remove the meatballs from the freezer, preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F), place the meatballs on a baking sheet, and bake until cooked through, about 15 minutes. Serve the finished dish.
