Description
It works for holidays and everyday meals alike. Before parties and feasts, the same question always comes up: what can you make that is original, tasty, inexpensive, and suitable for both children and adults? I came up with an appetizer idea in the form of mini burgers! It is a perfectly quick and delicious finger food for a buffet that will not demand much attention.

1. Mix the ground meat with breadcrumbs, garlic, salt, pepper, and milk.

2. Knead the minced meat with your hands.

3. Form meatballs from the ground meat and place them in a skillet with chopped onion.

4. Pour tomato paste over the meatballs. Fry them until cooked through.
