Almond cream by Richard Bertin
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can give your baked goods an almond flavor and aroma not only with almond dough but also with almond cream! In this recipe, almond flour acts as a thickener and natural flavor enhancer—you definitely won't find such a cream on store shelves! You can buy almond flour, but it's best to make it at home by grinding washed and dried almonds in a coffee grinder. This cream goes perfectly with cakes and desserts. Serve chilled.
