Almond crumble

Description

The recipe won't take much time. I highly recommend adding a small amount of ginger to the filling. If you can find candied ginger, it will be absolutely perfect! Ginger with juicy pear, complemented by cinnamon and nutmeg, makes an excellent filling for homemade almond crumble. I highly recommend giving it a try. The baked good is ready. Serve it at the table.

    1. Place the flour, sugar, butter, and ginger (if using) into the blender container.

    2. Beat everything until a uniform crumb forms.

    3. Place in a deep bowl and thoroughly mash with your hands. Add chopped almonds, mix well, and set aside in the refrigerator for now.

    4. Peel the pear and remove the core, then slice it thinly.

    5. Place in a deep bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice. Dissolve a small amount of starch in water and pour it into the bowl. Mix thoroughly.

    6. Grease a heatproof baking dish with oil or line it with foil. Sprinkle the pears with cinnamon and nutmeg, then place them in the bottom of the dish. If desired, other fruits and berries can be used in the recipe for almond crumble.

    7. Remove the crumb mixture from the refrigerator, mash it once again with your hands, and spread it on top. Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake for about 50 minutes.
