Description
The pastry is easy and quick to prepare. 1. Beat the eggs with sugar, increasing the volume by twice. 2. Beat the butter, then add starch, flour, almonds, and the egg mixture beaten with sugar. 3. Mix thoroughly. 4. Place into greased baking molds. 5. Bake in the oven for about 40 minutes. 6. After baking, dust with powdered sugar. Serve with tea or coffee.
