
Almond chia pudding
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Thick and creamy chia pudding with almond milk is a perfect breakfast or snack for vegans and vegetarians. It effectively stimulates the digestive process and enriches the body with beneficial vitamins and minerals. Serve chilled.

Prepare the listed ingredients. Almond milk can be purchased at the supermarket or made at home.

Add chia seeds and granulated sugar to the bottom of cups or glasses. Optionally, add a bit of flavoring: vanilla sugar, citrus syrup, caramel syrup, etc.

Pour almond milk into glasses and gently stir everything. Leave the containers at room temperature for 1 hour, then stir again to prevent the seeds from clumping together. Then place the glasses or cups into the refrigerator.

Chia seeds need time to swell. Leave them for at least 4-5 hours, or even better—overnight. After the specified time, stir once again, add almond flakes, and top with sliced strawberries.
