Almond truffles with prunes
Description
Truffles are perfect for tea time or as a gift. They are quick to prepare, so they're ideal when unexpected guests arrive and you need to serve a dessert. Use plump prunes, and if they're very dry, soak them in hot water until soft. Chia seeds can be replaced with poppy seeds or omitted altogether.
