Almond cookies with rum

Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. Soften the butter, then place it in a deep container and beat with a mixer or blender until very fluffy. In another bowl, beat the eggs with sugar until the mixture turns white. Combine the butter and sugar mixture with the egg mixture, then add baking soda, rum, vanilla sugar, salt, and flour. Knead these ingredients into a dough, gradually adding almonds and mixing well. Divide the dough into two parts and roll one part into a 2 cm thick sheet. Cut out cookies using cookie cutters. Place the cookies on a greased baking sheet and bake in the oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes. Once ready, generously dust with powdered sugar. Serve with tea or coffee.
