
Mille-feuille with whipped cream and raspberries
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Use puff pastry or filo dough for this dessert. Make the cream from whipped cream. You can also use custard cream or any other cream with a light consistency and stiff peaks. For the berry layer, use raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, or a mix of your favorite berries.

1. Split the vanilla pod, remove the seeds. Whip the heavy cream, then add vanilla, essence, and orange and lemon zest. Transfer the cream to a piping bag and refrigerate.

2. Roll out the puff pastry, sprinkle it with powdered sugar, place the whole sheet in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for 7 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 180 degrees and bake for another 15 minutes.

3. Remove the baking sheet and cut the dough into 3 parts. Place one third of the dough, spread with cream, add raspberries, and cover with the second part.

4. Again, spread the sheet with cream and place the berries on top.

5. Place the top layer. Gently press down and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve the dessert immediately.
