Frozen cooked mussels
Description
Mussels are very easy to prepare if you follow the cooking process correctly. The preparatory stage is very important—you need to wash everything thoroughly and remove any excess parts. Since shellfish filter the water, they may contain unpleasant elements and particles that significantly spoil the taste and aroma. Another point—don't overcook the mussels. If you leave them in the water for more than 5 minutes, they will become rubbery. Serve the appetizer at the table.
