Mussels in curry sauce

Description
The recipe won't take much time. It's the curry that gives mussels and the sauce their flavor. To slightly enhance the sauce, I add a bit of sweet mustard and sour cream. When serving, you can sprinkle these mussels with fresh herbs. I like serving mussels with rice, but you can choose any other side dish to your taste. Serve hot.

Prepare the ingredients.

Take the mussels out of the freezer in advance and thaw them.

In a skillet, heat a little vegetable oil, add the mussels, and fry for a couple of minutes.

Add sour cream and mustard to the mussels in the pan.

Add curry, salt, and ground pepper to the pan.

Pour hot water into the pan, simmer over low heat for 12-15 minutes.
