Mussels in creamy mustard sauce
Description
We'll use fresh-frozen mussels, adding a bit of carrot and onion to the dish. Spices can be adjusted to taste. Choose cream with higher fat content, at least 20%. You can use any mustard; if you prefer a more pronounced, piquant flavor and aroma, go for hot mustard. I also like using honey mustard. Simple and very tasty—definitely save this recipe!
