Mussels in a multicooker
Description
I bought mussels already cleaned and frozen, so I first thawed them in the refrigerator, then at room temperature. This time I'm preparing them very simply, with onion and garlic. The finished dish can be chilled in the refrigerator and served several hours later as a cold appetizer.
