
Mussels with chorizo
Description
The recipe won't take much time. French appetizer with mussels. Sauté garlic and parsley in a deep frying pan, then add pieces of chorizo and mussels. Pour in wine, let it evaporate, and cover with a lid. When the mussels open, remove the lid, add saffron and cream, bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs and accompanied by a few slices of fresh baguette.

Chop the garlic and parsley, coarsely slice the chorizo, and wash and clean the mussels from seaweed.

In a deep skillet, sauté garlic and parsley for two minutes, then add chorizo, and a couple of minutes later add mussels.

Pour in the white wine and let it evaporate. Then cover the pan with a lid and wait for the mussels to open.

Then add saffron and cream, bring to a boil and simmer for 3 minutes. Serve garnished with fresh herbs and a few slices of fresh baguette.
