Korean-style Mussels
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The mussels turn out juicy and aromatic, and the carrots and onions here also end up marinated. In principle, this mussel option can be served at the table as an appetizer or salad, or even as an addition to rice, potatoes, or mashed potatoes. You can choose any spices; in our version, we use a special blend for Korean salads.
