Belgian-style mussels
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Belgian-style mussels are an original and delicious dish for seafood lovers. Seafood in general cooks very quickly; otherwise, mussels become rubbery. The main goal is to have the mussels open up, which requires boiling them in hot water. You can buy pre-cleaned mussels, but if using mussels in their shells, the shells should be tightly closed and the mussels themselves must be fresh. Good luck and serve hot.
