Perfect for the table and for drinks. You have probably seen canned jars of seafood in the store, right? Well, here I’ll tell you: the appetizer is ready. Serve immediately.

Pour oil and soy sauce into a pot. Add the mixed peppers, coriander, and bay leaf.

Add vinegar, salt, and sugar. Pour in the water.

Wash and clean the mussels. Place them in a saucepan. Bring everything to a boil and cook for one minute.

Let the dish cool completely. Add chopped parsley and garlic to it.
