Cheese and mushroom parcels
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The base for the pouches will be pork cutlets. Slice the meat into thin pieces and tenderize well. Place a slice of cheese, a bit of pressed garlic, and a couple of spoons of marinated mushrooms onto each cutlet. Wrap the cutlet into a pouch shape, secure the edges, and bake in foil in the oven for 30 minutes. Remove the top layer of foil 10 minutes before completion to allow browning. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs and sour cream.
